Think Globally and Act Locally

Glocalization is a combination of the words "globalisation" and "localisation." The term is used to describe a product or service that is developed and distributed globally but is also adjusted to accommodate the user or consumer in a local market.

Globalisation is a process of interaction and integration among the people, companies, and governments of different nations, a process driven by international trade and investment and aided by information technology.

Localisation is the adaptation of a product or service to meet the needs of a particular language, culture or desired population's "look-and-feel."
